Tracey Frost, CEO & Co-founder
Tracey was born and raised in Australia. She has lived in New York City for 10 years. Tracey has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology in Sydney and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management in Sydney. For 13 years, she worked in banking, most recently as a director in commodity derivatives at Deutsche Bank. Throughout her years in banking, she always wanted to start her own business. As soon as she identified a need in the marketplace for a hip, modern club for families with young children, she jumped on the opportunity. Tracey left her banking job in 2003 to launch Citibabes. She and her husband live in Tribeca with their 2 young daughters.
Bina Shah, Director of Business Development
As an entrepreneur, private equity investor, and former investment banker, Bina joins Citibabes with a versatile background in analyzing business opportunities from financial viability to marketing and implementation. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from New York University and a MBA from Columbia University in finance and real estate.
Keri Snyder, Director of Children's Programming
As a former preschool teacher, Keri has worked with children and families for over seven years, most recently serving as director of Bright Horizons, overseeing centers in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. With a BA in sociology and child development, Keri is currently pursuing her masters in early childhood education.
Jayme Taylor, Marketing & Communications Manager
A recent college graduate, Jayme received a BA in History and a master’s degree in Near Eastern Studies from the University of Arizona, where her experience in publishing began as webmaster for the Middle East and North Africa Student Association. She is now the editor in chief of CitiScoop, Citibabes’ blog, as well as the Citibabes magazine, published bi-annually.
