- All children under 3 years of age must be attended by a parent or caregiver in all classes.
- For children 3 years and older, parents or caregivers are not required to be present in the class but must remain on the club premises. These children must be dropped off and picked up by a registered parent or caregiver.
- It is the responsibility of the primary member to add or remove authorized persons to drop off and pick up children.
- Please keep sick children at home. We reserve the right to send a child home to get well and we will gladly offer a makeup.
- Please be sure to completely fill out the medical fact sheet and sign the release in the case of an emergency. Medical forms are available at citibabes.com or at the club and must be completed before classes begin.
- Members are prohibited from bringing food or drinks into classrooms.
- No siblings please, unless the class is a designated sibling class.
Terms and Conditions
- Cancellations must be made before the second scheduled class in order to receive a refund of the remaining balance.
- One comparable make-up class is allowed per semester for that same semester.
- Citibabes reserves the right to cancel programs that are under-enrolled and member will be refunded in full.
- All classes are for Citibabes members only.
- In the case of inclement weather, please call Citibabes, we will leave a recording regarding delayed or cancelled classes. There will be makeup classes for all cancelled classes.
