WINTER/SPRING FITNESS SCHEDULE |
We all know how hard it is to find time to get to the gym when you are a parent. Citibabes wants to make it easier for you. As a member, you have full use of the Cardiovascular Gym and access to all of our group fitness classes. This will allow you to use Citibabes as your everyday gym.
We also offer an innovative approach to personal training that uses techniques designed specifically to address muscular imbalance and repetitive stress. Use personal training to improve flexibility, overall strength and body conditioning or, simply, to lose weight.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Our personal trainers come from the best gyms in NYC and specialize in the most up-to-date training techniques including pre and postnatal fitness. Complimentary childminding is available with each session.
All Citibabes trainers are fully screened and qualified in all aspects of personal fitness including pre and postnatal exercise protocol.
