As a member, you have full use of our state-of-the-art gym, complete with the most up-to-date cardiovascular and weight resistance machines, high definition TVs, complimentary group fitness classes including yoga and Pilates. For real results, let us introduce you to one of our top notch personal trainers.

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa Yoga (Mondays and Thursdays): A vinyasa/ power yoga class that incorporates breathing techniques (Pranayama) with both a vigorous flow of yoga postures and still yoga poses in order to find a quiet mind. This class will increase your strength, flexibility and focus as well as encourage weight loss and increase muscle tone.

Pilates Mat (Mondays and Wednesdays): Designed to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk, this class will empower you to discover your inner strength, transform mind and body, increase stamina, improve your health and achieve a new and exciting physical well being.

Box and Burn (Mondays): Classes on Monday will fuse elements of western boxing with kickboxing to burn fat and tone up the entire body. Each participant will learn the basics of striking and coaching, using both mind and body to make you more alert, burn off stress and improve balance, stability, agility, and hand-eye coordination. Monday’s classes also focuses on upper-body muscles and midsection work with both weights and callisthenic movements, floor work, abdominal training, strengthening the lower back and all core muscles.

Box and Burn (Thursdays): Classes on Thursdays also fuse western boxing and kickboxing to burn fat and tone the whole body but place more of an emphasis on the glutes and legs (more kicking). Each participant will learn the basics of striking and coaching, using both mind and body to make you more alert, burn off stress and improve balance, stability, agility, and hand-eye coordination. Thursday’s classes also uses squats, lunges, jumping, and floor work to further strengthen the legs, butt and lower back.

Personal Training

Our personal trainers come from the best gyms in NYC and specialize in the most current training techniques including pre- and postnatal fitness. Complimentary childminding is included with each session.

Our personal trainers use techniques designed specifically to address muscular imbalance and repetitive stress. Use personal training to improve flexibility, overall strength and body conditioning, or simply, to lose weight.

All Citibabes trainers are fully screened and qualified in all aspects of personal fitness.

One-on-One Yoga: Build strength, increase flexibility and tone your core with different postures and breathing techniques specific to your individual needs.

Cardio Coaching: Increase strength and endurance, and learn how to use your target heart rate to maximize results and meet your fitness objectives.
