Our personal trainers come from the best gyms in NYC and specialize in the most current training techniques including pre and postnatal fitness. Complimentary childminding is included with each session.
Our personal trainers use techniques designed specifically to address muscular imbalance and repetitive stress. Use personal training to improve flexibility, overall strength and body conditioning, or simply, to lose weight.
All Citibabes trainers are fully screened and qualified in all aspects of personal fitness.

Advanced Mixed Martial Arts
This is a 90 minute advanced class. Greg will incorporate various mixed martial arts techniques, using reality based combat and self-defense strategies. This class will not only tone your body, but empower you with real world self defense strategies. Brand new boxing equipment will be used for this exciting new challenge!
Because this is an advanced level class, we recommend that participants have completed at least 20 Box & Burn classes.
